Corrissa - 27 props items
Jenn - 5 props items
Brian - 6 props/set items
Maddy/Brian/Erb Signs - 3 signs, Maddy will send Brian the files. We can use Erb or standard Staples printing.
Maddy - 6 props items (including the builds)
Teale - 17 items to pull from Dundas
Teale - 1 window display that requires clarity
On a separate note regarding load-in, here is a basic list that I think we will need for the day.
1. Assorted Hooks for different backpack and hanging items.
2. Sliders for furniture
3. Gaff Tape
4. Hammer and Nails for adding set dressing to the rolling units
5. 3M for items on the rolling units that need securing
6. Curtain pole x 2 for the front of the platform to mask the tables/props underneath
6. Curtains or fabric (need to discuss with Brian)
7. General drills, tools, etc
8. We need to pull the Sister Act tables x 4 from the Ccan and make sure they are in working condition for Freaky Friday.
