Students are inspired by your involvement and support. Our community is encouraged through an event that brings us together to celebrate the arts and youth! And K2K's leadership & partners are encouraged too. Behind-the-scenes, before or after show time YOUR time and talents can be shared however it best suits you!

Hair & Make Up
Duties: Attend ONE training date below PLUS date(s) to apply make up & hair styles as instructed. Assist with clean up.
Require: 8-10 volunteers per show

Duties:
Distribute & post posters to various locations in Oxford County (March)
Monitor and supply local stores with supplies (March-May)
Sell tickets on-site on specific dates, TBD (April-May)
Participate in sales, and engage with patrons (May 12-15)

Set Up Stage
Duties: Light and heavy lifting, moving, drilling, setting up tables and sorting props according to a chart. Comfortable shoes and ability to jump in and make this set up a routine each time is our goal. We are grateful for the wide-use of Movement Church for program weeks and production - It is a busy & multi-use facility that requires us to work together! Duties:
Wear black & white or all black. Meet team of volunteers upon arrival and set up concession. Open Concession and sell items at counter and in main auditorium during Intermission. Clean up area and assist in washroom/lobby clean up after Intermission and show.

Strike Stage & Move Props
Duties: Light and heavy lifting, drill use, dismantling, packing and moving tables, props, drapes, cables etc. Running shoes and ability to jump in and make this strike a smooth routine is our goal. We are grateful for the wide-use of Movement Church for program weeks and production. It is a busy & multi-use facility that requires us to work together! Duties: Wear black & white, or all black. Volunteer instructions provided at meeting at start time indicated below. Open doors, warmly welcome & assist patrons and collect tickets. Provide safety & reassurance throughout show in case of emergency. Lightly clean lobby & washrooms during and after show. Assist Concession sales and clean up during Intermission and show.

STRIKE SHOW!
Following the closing show on Sunday May 15, we need every family to help. A minimum of ONE person from each household can make for a smooth strike and allow the team who served during all performances to have support! Duties include: Folding clothes, wrapping cords, climbing ladders, light and heavy lifting, drill use, dismantling, packing, moving tables, props, drapes, cables etc.
