We’re thrilled to offer four K2K programs across Woodstock and Stratford for the 2025–2026 season—each designed to help students (Grades 2–12) grow in their identity and purpose through the power of theatre, faith and small group mentorship.

- Woodstock: Junior Company (Grades 2–7) & Senior Company (Grades 8–12)
- Stratford: New! Intermediate Company (Grades 2–12)
These regular season programs run weekly, providing a consistent space for students to build friendships, explore faith, and find their voice—on and off the stage.
🎶 ADDITIONAL: Momentum, An Audition-Based Performance Program
For participating students in Grades 5–12, we’re introducing a 13-week auditioned performance group. It’s a chance to for students to immerse themselves in storytelling, vocal and acting technique, and performance opportunities in both Woodstock and Stratford.
K2K is more than a theatre program.

A program for the youngest actors who work hard while developing resilience, great work ethic and an undeniable sense of accomplishment throughout their season. Small groups, mentorship and coaching in singing, acting & dancing will take place all year with an unforgettable show season, April 2026.
Saturday rehearsals take place for select cast Oct-Dec 2025 with more Saturday's involving more students Jan-March 2026. Some full Saturday rehearsals will take place following March break.

INTERMEDIATE COMPANY

Through 20 years of developing K2K Productions, this new program within a new city will soar while helping students thrive in their understanding of identity, belonging and purpose. Intermediate Company will be another community of trusted and trained individuals who pour into the lives of students in grades 2-12 through faith and theatre. Multiple performance opportunities will take place June 2026.

SENIOR COMPANY

Meeting weekly with peers in similar grades and trained leaders, students will experience a safe & trusted space to grow meaningful relationships while exploring the performing arts. This season's focus will be friendship & empathy - taking the stage May 2026!

Momentum is for students who are looking to expand their skills through focused training & additional performances Nov & Dec 2025. Enrolment in one of K2K's Junior, Intermediate or Senior Company is required to participate.
While registering for your regular season program, select the "Momentum Performance Group" option to indicate your interest in auditioning and payment will follow once Company is announced.
Audition material will be sent via email to present in-person, late June / early July 2025.
Additional rehearsals & performances will take place Nov 24, 25, 28, 29, Dec 2, 4, 5, 6.

K2K Program & Productions
Registration
Registration is limited. We value student and leader ratios and the ability to provide a strong musical presentation for our community. We recognize not every student wanting to participate will have the opportunity to do so this year. For this, we are sorry.
No audition is required to be a part of K2K Productions. We value opportunity for everyone to be involved regardless of musical or faith experiences. K2K aspires to be an inclusive, welcome & safe community for everyone.
Each registered student will receive a t-shirt and 1 paper copy of their musical script. A deposit must be made for registration to be complete. Remaining fees will begin on the 15th day of your first month. Payment options are available. See below.
Some subsidy for registration is available. Through the generosity of individuals and businesses we create opportunity for students to be involved regardless of their circumstance. Contact info@k2kproductions prior to registration.
Weekly Program & Small Groups
K2K Productions values mentorship and coaching. Every student is placed in a small group with a screened volunteer(s) who is trained in this role. The intention of small groups is to share life together, care for one another through face-to-face conversations and learn about character and Christian faith through musical storylines and activities. Large group teaching, training & activities will take place centred around the musical theme and Biblical teaching.
Communication
We value clear and open communication. Each family will require access to K2K Backstage (online portal) for all their information about program, expectations, and schedule. Students are encouraged to access this information regularly and will require an email address to do so.
Sign In & Out is required for students in Grades 2-7. If you are unable to pick up your student, another family member or friend can do so if you have provided their name during the registration process. As many individual names can be added to this list as you would like.
Attendance
K2K values effort and participation in all aspects of program and rehearsals. If your student is unable to attend a program night, or Saturday rehearsal, please let us know in advance.
All rehearsals & dress rehearsals are mandatory 8 weeks prior to show season. If you're aware your student will be away during any of these weeks, we must be notified prior to auditions. As suspected, it is extremely difficult to accommodate students absence
There are no rehearsals during Christmas Holiday (Dec 20-Jan 4) or March break (March 14-21).
Parent Orientation & Participation
Parent Orientation is mandatory at the start of every season and must be completed before Opening Night. This will be a 45-minute session available online; made up of short videos to be watched by one adult from each household. This is to ensure we are all understanding the routines & expectations of the season. Parent Orientation also helps us create as much success as possible for everyone! You are important to us and we value mutual understanding as we approach this season with your student.
Parent involvement through production season is necessary. This involvement can suit your interests, time or talents. Participation can include 30 mins to 4 hours depending on the role.
We do require families to participate in set up and tear down before/after a rehearsal or show when required (Spring 2026) AND one adult from each home (minimum) must be involved with the final tear down & clean up after the last show.
Please be aware this understanding is outlined during registration. If you know you will be unable to participate, please contact us at time of registration to discuss.
Productions
This year’s performances will include TBA (Junior, Intermediate, Senior & Momentum)
Momentum Performance Group will perform Nov 28-Dec 6.
All other shows will be presented, Spring 2026 (April, May, June)
Attending rehearsals outside of Monday's program night are expected. Attendance at all rehearsals and performances 5 weeks prior to show time are mandatory.
Once casting is complete, a schedule will be shared for students to reference and be sure they are able to commit to the times listed. This schedule may change at times depending on learning and attendance. The attendance at these rehearsals is crucial to the entire Company. If a student is scheduled to be away, K2K should be notified.
**If prior arrangements are not made for these absences, casting will need to be adjusted as the effort & stress of absences prior to show season is too difficult.
Auditions
No audition is required to register for K2K Productions Junior, Intermediate or Senior Companies. Auditions for specific roles will take place after the program starts and roles are casted based on students’ interests, skills and goals. Auditions will take place & in-person or via video a few weeks after program starts. Options and instructions for what and how to prepare will be given during our weekly program. Resources will be available on our portal, K2K Backstage; and some content will be taught during Monday program nights.
Auditions for Momentum Performance Group will take place in June 2025. Once interest is indicated to be involved, audition material will be forwarded for students to prepare. All students must be registered in our regular season program to be involved. Monthly tuition for this program will be dispersed over 9 months, or can be paid in full.

A $150.00 deposit is required at time of registration for Junior, Intermediate and Senior Companies.
Remaining fees can be paid in full the same day, or starting Sept 2026.
