Dressing Room Set Up


March 22 & 23

  • cast boxes get placed in specific rooms
  • the alternate casts boxes get piled 6 high in the hallway (along wall, before washrooms and before wall activities)
  • Silas, Josiah, Broden & Annaliese's boxes stay in dressing rooms for both casts (March 22-24)



NAMES HIGHLIGHTED YELLOW go to Nursery • NAMES with purple dots go to 2&3 Room • Names with no markings go to 4&5 Room

Saturday March 22

7AM:  GBR goes into Dressing Rooms; EAC stays in hallway

4PM: GBR goes into Container #3 EXCEPT those listed on Calendar, Sunday @ Movement

8PM: EAC goes into Container #3 EXCEPT Caleb V & Broden C

For tomorrow AM @ Movement, place girls boxes in 4&5 Room; boys in Meeting Room at end of hall


Sunday March 23

12:30PM: GBR into Dressing Rooms; EAC piled in hallway between Kids Aud & Bathrooms (leave Silas, Jonas C, Broden C, Annaliese W)

4:10PM:  GBR Boxes to Hallway; EAC boxes moved into dressing rooms (leave Silas, Jonas C, Broden C, Annaliese W)

8:30PM: EAC Boxes to Hallway; GBR Boxes moved into dressing rooms (leave Silas, Jonas C, Broden C, Annaliese W)


Kids Aud Set Up


Sunday March 23 @ 12:30PM

  1. sweep floor with long broom, if needed
  2. move air hockey, game tables against window & out of reach zone
  3. post signs for playground, games tables (Not Permitted)
  4. post signs for Hair & Make up (on both doors), No pictures (near Hair & Make Up)
  5. set up 4 tables horizontally & in front of sound booth for costume props / hats
  6. place table covers with green labels on each table (position hats & costume accessories accordingly)
  7. place 3 tables perpendicular to kitchen with stools (stools can be found in lobby & main aud)
  8. place 3-4 chairs at end of each table for Hair & Make Up
  9. place Hair & Make Up totes on each table for volunteers to sort
  10. place Green Room tote on stage, covered

Main Auditorium Set Up


Sunday March 23 @ 12:30PM

  1. with staff lead, reposition pipe & drapes to stage left & right
  2. get 3 folding tables from Kids Aud and set up on Stage Right (2 tables side-by-side parallel to curtain; 1 tables along cold air return / wall to backstage)
  3. get 1 folding table from Kids Aud and set up on Stage Left (place in front of cold air return / wall to backstage)
  4. place table coverings (marked for props) on top of each table


  1. Using cart, move Concession to Cafe in Main Aud.  Collect wrapped chocolate bars, skittles, nibs, paper bags and 4 cases of water & safely move to cafe counters.  Stack neatly.
  2. In Storage #3, find brown and black metal coat & shelf rack.  Bring to lobby.
