Box Office Policies

Ticket Purchases
- Tickets can be purchased online, by phone at 519-290-9525, or in person at Hallmark Woodstock or Adams Building Centre (Woodstock, ON) or Corner Candy Story Co (Stratford, ON)
- Tickets purchased online will arrive electronically only. Your confirmation email/invoice is your ticket. You may show it on a mobile device or print a copy.
- Tickets are required for all attendees, regardless of age.
- Each order generates one barcode, scanned at the door when your full party is present. If purchasing for people outside your household or for a group, we recommend completing separate orders to make entry easier.
Pricing
- All tickets are $25 per person, regardless of age.
Ticket Policy – Terms & Conditions
- All sales are final and non-refundable.
- Tickets may be exchanged for another performance up to 2 days before showtime.
- To request an exchange, contact boxoffice@k2kproductions.ca or call 519-290-9525.
- Exchanges cannot be made on the day of the show or due to personal health concerns.
- Seating is first-come, first-served for patrons physically present at entry. Doors open approximately 30 minutes before showtime.
- Season Ticket Holders and Sponsors will be admitted first to choose their seats (only for those physically present).
Theatre Etiquette
- No flash photography or video recording during the performance. Photos afterward are welcome—tag @K2Kproductions to share the joy!
- Latecomers will be seated at designated times by ushers to minimize disruptions.
- A 15-minute intermission will be included in each performance.
Accessibility
- For accessible seating, please contact us at the time of purchase, or at least 2 days in advance at boxoffice@k2kproductions.ca or 519-290-9525.
- Accessible seating cannot be guaranteed if requested at showtime.

- In the event of extreme weather, updates will be posted on Facebook, Instagram, and/or by email.
