Program Host
The Program Host serves each week beginning 30 minutes prior to program start and remains on site for the full duration of the program. As the first point of contact for many families, they are a warm and welcoming individual who is organized and dependable. They create a safe environment by greeting families, overseeing student sign-in, ensuring the safety of the overall program and communicating with team members any presented by families.
Throughout the program, the Host supports staff and volunteers by monitoring entrances and common areas, assisting with communication, helping manage transitions, and ensuring rotations run on schedule. They play an important role in maintaining a safe and positive atmosphere for everyone involved.
At the conclusion of each program day, the Host oversees and participates in the clean-up and facility reset, ensuring all spaces used are left better condition than they were found.
Small Group Leader
The Small Group Leader serves each week beginning 30 minutes prior to program start and remains on site for the full duration of the program. They co-lead a small group of 6-10 students, creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where young people can grow in faith, relationships, and confidence. Using the curriculum and resources provided, leaders facilitate discussions, activities, and learning experiences that help students connect with the weekly theme.
Small Group Leaders pray with and for their students, intentionally build relationships, and prepare before each program by reviewing the curriculum and selecting activities that will best engage their group. They are active participants in the program, modeling enthusiasm and participate in singing, acting, dancing, games, and group activities
Small Group Leaders assist the team with clean-up and facility reset. Participation in Saturday rehearsals and production season opportunities is welcomed and will vary based on individual availability, program needs, and the volunteer team being assembled.
Box Office Coordinator / Assistant
The Box Office Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for ticket sales and patron inquiries throughout the year. They respond to phone calls, emails, and ticket-related questions in a timely and professional manner, helping ensure a positive experience for patrons. They oversee box office operations by supporting community ticket outlet locations, maintaining relationships with business partners, ensuring locations have the materials they need, and collecting ticket sale proceeds as requested.
The Box Office Coordinator and assistant work closely with the production team to help ensure smooth ticket sales and communication throughout the production season. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills are essential for this role.
Sponsorship Advocate
The Sponsorship Advocate helps expand the impact of K2K Productions by pursuing new sponsorship and partnership opportunities within the community. This volunteer shares the mission, vision, and impact of our programs with local businesses and organizations, helping build meaningful relationships that support our students and productions.
Working toward seasonal sponsorship goals, the Sponsorship Advocate identifies potential partners, initiates conversations, and represents K2K in a professional and enthusiastic manner. Strong communication skills, confidence in networking, and a passion for supporting youth arts and faith-based programming are valuable assets in this role.
